Palmers of Oakham are proud to be featured in Country Life Magazine as the Principal Contractor of the new construction of an 18th Century style Country House in “Capability” Brown’s historic listed landscape for private clients.

The article explores the fascinating history of this special project.

The project has subsequently been shortlisted for a 2025 Georgian Group Architectural Award.

Palmers of Oakam are proud that our work has made it across the pond and is featured in the New York Times. Our work on Rutland’s bronze memorial to the late Queen Elizabeth II, her first memorial statue to be erected in the UK is featured in the article.
